King Hubbert energy-certificate architecture), (2) Society for Psychical Research 1882 Balfour-circle scientific-paranormal interface, (3) Epstein scientific-and-financial network (Bekenstein / SPR-descendant operators per Report #90), (4) modern central bank digital currency + Worldcoin biometric-identity programmable-money infrastructure, (5) 1946 Babalon Working occult-ritual operator-class (Parsons-Hubbard apex-Vril/Thelema framing) plus Chabad Lubavitch esoteric-finance intersection — represent a single continuous 144-year operator-class lineage rather than parallel-but-independent substrates. Default reading (pre-adversarial-test): Apex Superposition (b) structural-recurrence + (c) compound-path-null both load-bearing at maximum. (a) coordinated-grand-strategy at Layer-1 NOT promoted — the report's framing forces (a) to maximum but the empirical density of personnel-continuity and shared-institutional-infrastructure evidence required to upgrade past (b)+(c) is not demonstrated across all five substrates simultaneously.
