Applying the 'eugenics, not aliens' lens to crop circles, mutilations and abductions does NOT yield one coordinated program — the documented record holds each three ways: (A) manufactured spectacle, (B) cover for real capability, (C) misread mundane phenomenon. The honest weighting puts most of the mass on (A)/(C), with documented military CAPABILITY real but causation unproven.
Crop circles — dominantly (A): Doug Bower & Dave Chorley confessed in 1991; the Circlemakers collective produces them as paid art. The 'microwave-calibration' biophysics claim (Levengood/Haselhoff) was peer-rebutted by Grassi and does not survive cleanly.
Abductions — the engine already holds the real capabilities (MKUltra Subproject 119, the Frey microwave-auditory effect, V2K, Havana Syndrome) that reproduce the reported symptoms; Rockefeller-funded John Mack's PEER reframed experiencers spiritually.
