Bernardo Kastrup

Philosophical Framework — Analytical Idealism

Analytical idealism: the brain is a "reducing valve" filtering consciousness from a wider field, not generating it. Entities represent contact with information structures normally filtered out. Kastrup provides the philosophical framework for the engine's consciousness model — formalizing what Huxley intuited and Carhart-Harris measured: that consciousness is fundamental, not emergent, and the brain's job is to LIMIT it, not create it.
