Materialist-leaning but tactically aligned with Luna. Burchett's framing is closer to the Grusch/Mellon nuts-and-bolts hypothesis than Luna's Enoch framing — but in anti-IC / anti-the Department of Defense (DoD) pressure tactics the caucus functions as a unified bloc. Together with Luna/Moskowitz/Ogles/Burlison, he applies podcast-cycle pressure the Senate materialist route (Schumer/Rounds) cannot generate on its own.
