Patron + network. Funded in the 1990s by Laurance Rockefeller (who simultaneously funded John Mack's Harvard PEER and ran the 1993-96 Rockefeller Initiative toward the Clinton White House). So Greer is NOT the isolated outsider his present-day posture suggests — he shares a patron with Mack and references a shadow cell ('W.B.'/'Col. MK', widely read as Bigelow / Col. John Alexander — initials only, [RUMOR]).

Engine read. The diplomatic-spiritual arm of Managed Dual-Narrative Disclosure (divergence #81). He publicly brands Elizondo/TTSA 'disinformation' — documented factional antagonism that itself argues AGAINST a single smoothly-coordinated apparatus.
