The object. The Raëlian Movement (Claude Vorilhon/'Raël', 1973; aliens-created-us 'Elohim' theology) founded Clonaid (1997), directed by chemist Brigitte Boisselier (two PhDs, ex-Air Liquide). In Dec 2002 it announced 'Baby Eve' — allegedly the first human clone — and provided ZERO DNA verification. Courts and science dismissed it as a hoax; Boisselier testified the baby was 'in Israel,' and the case was dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
Why it matters structurally. The FDA probed a REAL lab (a rented room in a former Nitro, WV high school) funded by ex-legislator Mark Hunt, who wanted to clone his deceased son.
Held honestly. The 'Elohim' and the 'Eve' clone are [CLAIM], never [FACT] — no clone was ever verified. Recorded as a Substrate-vs-Announcement instance and an obfuscation mechanism, NOT as proof of a coordinated program.
